Exploring Beyond Sunset Wetlands Walk

Join Exploring New Horizons naturalist staff on an Exploring Beyond Wetlands Walk on Friday, March 27th from 5-6:30pm at the Pescadero Marsh. This Exploring Beyond event is right before the Scholarship FUNdraiser and is the perfect way to kick off the celebration Pescadero-style! Participants will be greeted in the parking area by Exploring New Horizons naturalist staff members and guided through the Pescadero Marsh trails. Visitors to the Pescadero Marsh are often greeted by a variety of birds that depend on this rich ecosystem on their migratory path and many other animals that call the estuary and surrounding land their home. The walk will highlight the interesting natural history of the area. A special feature of the trip will be meeting Eudora, the magical talking tree that many students who attend Exploring New Horizons Outdoors Schools encounter every week.
