It was a special week with the Vintage Hills and Parkmead communities. One reason that it was special is that we were able to celebrate what we were calling the Harvest Full Moon but which I researched and learned was actually the Hunters Moon. The moon was full on Tuesday and was amazingly large and bright throughout the night. This moon is called the Hunters Moon because it is the first Full Moon after the Fall Equinox. The full moon before the Fall Equinox is called the Harvest Moon. These moons are significant for many reasons. Research it and you will find the answers.
Our week together was filled with many beautiful sightings. The weather was perfect once again; warm during the day and cool at night. The wind was pretty much absent and the swell picked up from the west and northwest throughout the beginning of the week. We thoroughly enjoyed living outside the box and inside the circle. Here is a list of what we saw this week in Loma Mar and by the sea:
1) Tarantula
2) Raccoon
3) Rabbit
4) Crickets
